Life coaching can be fittingly thought of as your lifeguard. It literally saves you from dying a death of uncertainty, frustration and under-accomplishment. It gives great meaning to your life and makes you live a fulfilling and healthy one. It is a journey from self-pity to self-appreciation. You start seeing yourself in a new light. Life coaching breathes life into your otherwise stressful and mundane routine.
Life Coaches guide you to come to terms with your own shortcomings and improve them. They urge you to follow your instincts and do what is good for you as well as for those around you. They teach you to be at peace with yourself and to deal with your internal chaos. They can also help you get rid of your mental blocks that are holding you back from succeeding. They help you to realize how to tap your full potential and to pick the best possible opportunity, from the many that you have.
Life coaching is about introspecting and finding answers for your own questions. Coaches make you see your own situation objectively and help you to try and find the solutions for the same. Sentences handed down in Memorial Healthcare bribery case
Four people who were convicted of defrauding the Memorial Healthcare System in a bribery scheme were sentenced to prison by U.S. District Judge Kenneth Marra on Friday.
Thomas Kennedy, of Davie, was sentenced to 42 months in prison. Richard Cohen, of Wellington, and Paul Chaiet, a CPA, were each sentenced to 18 months in prison. Researchers at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine were awarded a $7 million grant from the National Institutes of Health to conduct AIDS research.

Swire releases more detailed Brickell CitiCentre rendering

The rendering identifies all of the buildings on the 9.1-acre property, and what each contains in square footage. The project will include a mix of offices, residences, retail and hotel space.

Golden Sands Canyon Ranch project faces foreclosure

Miami's Camillus House completes first phase of new facility

The Norwegian Cruise Line Campus at 1603 NW Seventh Ave. has finalized construction on three buildings, which will offer long and short-term housing, mental health care services, retail space, a kennel and parking.

Costa Concordia wreck removal plan presented
Costa Crociere S.p.A officials and the company tasked with the removal of the wreck of the Costa Concordia from the coast of Giglio Island presented their plan for the work Friday in Rome.

Florida's jobless rate drops to lowest since early 2009
