ADD coaches struggle with self imposed deadlines and pressure to have to always be there for their clients.
ADDers always feel like they have to be accountable for everything and thus feel like they are only doing a good job if they are accountable for everything that goes into the job.
What ADDers need to realize is that this just simply isn't true. Being a good person will help you being a good coach. It's important that you are upbeat about things going on in your life if you are going to be of help to someone else. If you are happy with the direction of your life, that positive energy will help you translate that positive vibe in another individual. You cannot serve your clients well if you are over-schedule or overwhelmed with work so it is also a good idea to back away from your work once in awhile.
By taking a step back from your work you are setting up business boundaries which will help you help others.

</div>Valero offers $25,000 reward for information about employee?s murder Valero Energy Corp. has offered what is believed to be the highest cash reward to CrimeStoppers of Memphis and Shelby County following the death of a company employee last month.
The $25,000 reward is to help solve the murder of long-time employee Leonard Davidson, who was killed early on the morning of Jan. 20 apparently as he was leaving his home to go to work at Valero?s Memphis plant.

New condo developments sprouted around the city with the bulk Downtown. During that time, we even published a yearly list of condo developments to track building activity. After the economy crashed, condo development locally cooled then virtually ceased altogether.
So what did all that development leave behind? Interestingly, Downtown Memphis seemed to be the epicenter of condo development activity; however, only one of those new developments ? State Place at South End ? is among the largest condo communities in the area...<div class="feedflare">

The jobless rate -- down from December?s 8.5 percent -- is the lowest in almost three years. The rate is now eight-tenths of a percentage point under what it was last August, the U.S. Labor Department?s Bureau of Labor Statistics reported.

Bloomberg reports the London-based medical device maker, which has its orthopedics division based in Memphis where it employs about 2,000 people, also beat analyst estimates in its fourth quarter earnings report and expects difficult market conditions to continue through 2012. Earnings were 21.9 cents per share, surpassing the average analyst estimate of 21 cents.

</div>Delta baggage handlers stole thousands from luggage, police sayA baggage handler and a former baggage handler for Delta Air Lines Inc. (NYSE: DAL) were arrested Thursday on suspicion of stealing tens of thousands of dollars in cash and property from passengers' luggage at Los Angeles International Airport, reports the Los Angeles Times.
Police on Thursday allegedly seized more than $100,000 in cash and stolen property from their Los Angeles homes. The two men were arrested as part of an investigation into criminal activity at the airport. The men?s names were not yet available.<div class="feedflare">

The comments came as officials gave Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam his first look at a new million-square-foot distribution center in Chattanooga. Officials refer to the site as "Chattanooga One."

hours can be you boundaries which you make a schedule and stick to it. You are open certain days and you set the hours accordingly for those days that you are open. You can be a great coach but if you do not have business boundaries you will suffer and so will your coaching. How you deal with this is fairly simple. Make up a schedule for the days that you are going to be open. Schedule holidays that you are going to take off for. And how much vacation you are going to allow yourself to take. After you get done doing this decide what the hours of operation are going to be on the days that you open. Then you want to figure out which days that you work are going to be for just coaching only. Reason being is that you are also going to need to plan out what time every week are you going to do your administrate work, your marketing work and your planning tasks. Finally, it is important that you stick to this schedule. Because if you make exceptions then you are losing those boundaries which in return if you do not respect your own boundaries then certainty a client isn't. On Friday, the U.S. Department of Labor reported that the unemployment rate and the number of unemployed workers fell in January to the lowest levels since 2009.
The U.S. economy added 243,000 jobs in January, beating economists? expectations and continuing the trend of positive economic data that began in the fourth quarter of 2011. The unemployment rate dropped from 8.5 percent to 8.3 percent.

Tempe architect Mark Vinson receives AIA honor
Tempe City Architect Mark Vinson has received one of the highest honors bestowed by the American Institute of Architects.
Vinson will receive the Fellowship medal at the AIA 2012 National Convention and Design Exposition May 17 in Washington.
The medal is given to AIA members who have made a significant contribution to architecture and society. Vinson is the only architect in Arizona to receive the honor this year and one of three in the Western Mountain Region. SRP to join Chevy Volt test project

The utility will use a single Chevrolet Volt as part of its fleet to test driving distances, charging times and user habits.
Information will be collected through the car?s OnStar system and transmitted back to EPRI. SRP will not have direct access to the information but will share in the analysis of the vehicle, said spokesman Scott Harleson.

Planned Parenthood holds Arizona fundraiser after Komen flap
Planned Parenthood?s political arm in Arizona will hold a fundraising event next month with Planned Parenthood Federation of America CEO Cecile Richards.

MC Companies, Clark-Wayland form joint venture
Scottsdale-based MC Companies and Phoenix-based Clark-Wayland have merged to create a joint venture called MC Clark-Wayland.
The venture will focus mainly on development and construction of new multifamily projects in Phoenix and Tucson.
The combined company has about 175 full-time employees. It currently has two projects under construction in Tucson.

Arizona bills Amazon $53M for back taxes

While the Arizona Department of Revenue won?t comment on the bill citing taxpayer confidentiality, documents Amazon filed with the SEC show the bill covers 2006 through 2010 for purchases made by Arizona residents through the online retailer and includes sales taxes for the state and cities.

ABN gains exposure from Phoenix Open app

The PGA tournament is under way at the TPC Scottsdale through Feb. 5.
ABN Mofile developed a free app for both iPhone and Android devices that features descriptions of each golf course hole, daily event information, updates and on-the-ground navigation to points of interest on the course.

Avnet to buy Canvas Systems
Avnet Inc. is adding another business to its list of acquisitions as it agreed this week to buy Canvas Systems, a move aimed at boosting its technology sector and dealing with electronics recycling and refurbishment.
Financial details were not disclosed. Phoenix-based Avnet (NYSE: AVT) said the Norcross, Ga.-based Canvas will be added to its Technology Solutions business unit and provide an array of services to the company.

Fulton bets on Super Bowl commercial

The 30-second spot will air on KPNX Channel 12 during the final break in the game. I bet they?re hoping for a close contest that goes down to the wire.
