Chef from Verve brings energy to Belltown's Branzino
The restaurant scene can be fickle. Sometimes a spot is hot, and then it?s not.
Branzino, the handsome little Italian place in Seattle?s Belltown neighborhood, was smokin? hot in 2009 when Chef Ashley Merriman was in charge of the kitchen. Since then, it has slowly cooled.

Darren Berg's 18-year sentence: 'I did it consciously'

UPDATED: Banks, government negotiate $25B foreclosure deal for homeowners

The deal struck between the banks, 49 state attorneys general and federal regulators concludes more than a year of negotiating and is the largest industry settlement since the U.S. struck a deal with tobacco companies in 1998.
