Look for certifications and associations – W.A.B.C. (World Association of Business Coaches) screens all applicants. They verify R.O.I. with five or more clients, verify credentials and education and even do background checks. International Coach Federation (ICF) lets anyone be a member so look for Professional Coach Certification from them. The PCC certification is a rigorous process and anyone who has it will likely be a great coach.
